Grants

Each year, the Students' Association sets aside funds to provide grants for student pursuits. Applications should be for endeavours of academic, educational, or other activities.

Application

Awards

The ASA provides several financial awards throughout the year.

The Financial Need award is $2,000 and administed by the university.

The Lone Parent Bursary is up to $2000, depending on the number of applicants. Applications are available at the ASA Office.

The Leadership Awards are 4 - $500 awards. These are given out annually at the Spring Leadership Reception and are available to anyone who contributes their time, effort, and energy to the Augustana Community. Recipients are chosen by a committee.

 

 

ASA Sponsored Leadership Awards

Award categories include: Betty Ostenrud Award - Faculty, Betty Ostenrud Award - Staff, Heather Huber Memorial Award - Student, Best New Club, Most Improved Club, and Best Overall Club. These awards will be given out at the annual Leadership Reception in April.
